Not at all! Our tours are designed for all skill levels, from first-time riders to experienced equestrians. Our expert guides will provide a brief riding lesson before the tour to ensure you feel confident and comfortable.
What should I wear for the ride?
For your safety and comfort, we recommend wearing:✔ Long pants (to prevent chafing)✔ Closed-toe shoes (boots or sneakers work best)✔ A hat and sunglasses (for sun protection)✔ Sunscreen (Arizona sun can be strong!)
Are there any age or weight restrictions?
Yes, for the safety of both our guests and our horses:Riders must be at least 8 years old.Our weight limit is 250 lbs (113 kg) per rider.Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding these requirements.
Can I bring my phone or camera on the ride?
Yes! We encourage guests to capture their experience, but for safety reasons, we suggest keeping your phone in a secure pocket or small bag. Our guides are happy to take photos of you at scenic stops along the trail!
What happens if the weather is too hot or bad for riding?
Phoenix has warm weather most of the year, but in cases of extreme heat, storms, or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your ride or offer a full refund. We’ll notify you as soon as possible if changes are necessary.
